GREETINGS! I have been involved in  law enforcement for 30 years. I started  a PRIDE team in 1980 and served as one  of the volunteer advisors for many years.  I have been the President/CEO of PRIDE Youth Programs since 1999. PRIDE continues to be a major part of my life  as it is with many of you. I have received  many awards over the years because of  my involvement with PRIDE, most recently receiving the SAMHSA/CSAP Lifetime Achievement Award. My biggest reward, however, is having the privilege to represent thousands of PRIDE Youth from the U.S. and around the world, and being their voice in Washington, D.C., and everywhere I have the chance. Few people are given the opportunity to do what I do, and for that I am very humbled!  I have been married for over 25 years to my wife, Carol, and we have four daughters and one son. We also have two young, very beautiful granddaughters who are already very involved with PRIDE.
